Agreement
Voices.ai is wholly owned and operated by Voices.com Inc. (“Voices.ai”) and operates an AI voice development platform located at Voices.ai (the “Site”) and provides the various services made available through the Site, including to voice cloning, AI voice model hosting, AI voice generation and voice delivery (the “Services”).
By clicking “AGREE”, or by otherwise agreeing to these terms of service or to a Services Agreement, or by otherwise using the services, each User (as defined below) agrees with Voices to be bound by these terms of service (the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”).
If a User is entering into this Agreement on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity (including a talent agency), User represents that he/she has the legal authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
This Agreement governs the provision of Services to both Developers, Voice Talent and Clients.
